What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions? 

The main role of the Business Analyst, Managed Payroll Service is to analyze the needs of the market, particularly the healthcare sector, and to support the various sectors of the company specifically related to payroll.

How will your contributions be showcased?

  • Analyze customer and market needs to guide the evolution of payroll software packages to align with customer objectives and the requirements of Ministries and external organizations.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers and the organizations involved, to keep abreast of current market needs and the alignment of functionalities offered by our solutions.
  • Transfer knowledge on the use of tools and general knowledge of Payroll software packages to the implementation and customer service teams.
  • Ensure software quality control, by coordinating activities, preparing test plans, carrying out tests, supervising participants, and validating documents produced.
  • Collaborate with teams of analysts and consultants in the drafting of user documentation, press releases, and customer notices.
  • Work as part of a team to keep up to date the evolution file of the software packages for which he/she is responsible, assist in solution architecture and analysis activities, and comply with current methods, standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:

  • 3 to 5 years of recognized work experience and in-depth knowledge of the Quebec healthcare network and the payroll business;
  • Good ability to determine the needs of ministries, external organizations, and users;
  • Experience with Espresso Paie solutions (an asset);
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize needs and problems;
  • Ability to manage priorities, multi-task, and work to tight deadlines;
  • Demonstrate rigor, patience, diplomacy, reliability, autonomy, a logical mind, and great adaptability;
  • This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
