What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions?
The role of the Automation and Deployment Analyst is to provide support to the various development and deployment teams, in addition to playing a crucial role in analyzing and resolving pipeline and deployment issues. From the outset, you will be involved in implementation or deployment projects, and developing strategies for technological solutions.
Your knowledge and expertise, may be called upon to work with customers or third parties to design and build the infrastructures required for solutions to function properly. You will be responsible for advising and guiding customers towards best practices and processes adapted to their realities. Leading training workshops, participating in sessions with tech leads or architects, and drawing up deployment and support plans will also be part of your responsabilities.
You will work closely with team members to ensure delivery of our products and participate with SRE and R&D architect colleagues in certain analysis and problem-solving tasks.
How will your contributions be showcased?
Support for development and deployment teams
- Helping development teams adopt best practices to industrialize their continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines, and above all standardize them across teams;
- Support application teams in the use of AzureDevOps and Ansible;
- Work closely with SRE and R&D architects to find solutions to recurring problems experienced by deployment teams;
- Ensure knowledge transfer to different teams (deployment, cloudops, technical support) through training and documentation.
Implementation projects
- Meet with customers in order to understand their current or future infrastructure, in order to deploy tools meeting their needs and realities;
- Communicate with healthcare network contacts (facilities, third-party suppliers, COCD) and act as a point of contact for specific issues, such as recurring problems or the implementation of new technologies;
- Carry out mandates relating to the implementation of new information technologies and their infrastructure, including the various analysis tasks, and assess the impact of the complex natured work to be carried out;
- Administer and support the application enhancement of JFrog Platform tools (Artifactory, XRay) and Sonarqube in an AKS environment.
Process, procedures and analysis
- Analyze technology requirements based on the products developed;
- Document and maintain installation processes for technology environments specific to our standards;
- Write internal processes to improve the efficiency of the support team.
Qualifications
What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in computer science;
- Minimum of 6 years' professional experience in similar tasks (developer, technical support analyst or devops);
- Required knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AzureDevOps, Docker, Ansible, Git;
- Knowledge of (and interest in) the following technologies: JFrog Platform (Artifactory/XRay), Sonarqube, PowerShell, AKS, Grafana;
- Good knowledge of various operating systems - predominantly Ubuntu, Windows. Solaris (Unix) would be an asset;
- Autonomy: ability to conduct independent meetings with users, represent the department with applications and escalate problems if necessary;
- Ability to understand internal tools, prioritize tasks, track ongoing actions and keep stakeholders informed of any delays;
- A strong willingness to learn new technologies, with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems involving multiple IT teams or users;
- Ability to propose realistic solutions in line with the digital transformation of the healthcare network, while respecting quality standards;
- Perseverance and a results-oriented mindset;
- This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
