Job Description

What we hope you will add to our team

We are looking for a new (medior level) HR solution specialist for our platform delivery team. A team member with a fresh view on HR, Talent Management and technology and an appetite to not just talk about HRTech, but to actually deliver it. We hope to find that one colleague who feels comfortable in a relatively small, informal, but professional and fun team with some serious quality standards.

In this role, you’ll work on HR implementation projects for one of the HRTech solutions we partner with (Cornerstone OnDemand, Talentsoft, SmartRecruiters). We’re currently looking for a new colleague who wants to (further) specialize in Learning & Development, specifically the LMS and LXP solutions from Cornerstone OnDemand, which we implement and continuously improve for our many international clients.

We look for someone who is not afraid to take full ownership of the value being delivered to our customers. Discovery & analyses of talent & learning processes and user requirements, configuration, testing cycles, training of users, you are in charge.

These projects are mostly under aggressive timelines and have huge impact to users within our customers teams, so this is really about so much more than software. This is about understanding people processes, the ability to connect with people and to buy them into a new way of working.

We cannot offer a clear set of tasks, the same working hours or desk every day. Our day-to-day work is dictated by the needs of our customers, our company’s growth and often on a next big idea. We're looking for someone who moves things forward, wants to innovate, always speaks his mind and feels comfortable in an unpredictable environment.
