What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions? 

As Product Manager for our Data and Business Intelligence solutions, you will occupy a crucial position, defining, designing, and driving the strategic direction of products within our division. Reporting directly to the Product Director, this role transforms the strategic vision into concrete, relevant, and successful products that exceed market expectations.

How will your contributions be showcased?

• Participate in the development of the strategic vision and lifecycle of a product portfolio with management and ensure regular communication with stakeholders. 
• Collect, understand, and productize customer needs, requirements, and issues to refine the product and ensure its alignment with market expectations. 
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, manage priorities by assessing the value of enhancement requests, create accurate user stories, and approve developments to ensure their strategic coherence. 
• Ensure the integrity and governance of data from internal and external systems. 
• Provide leadership to development teams by providing the necessary customer context and structuring data products. 
• Work in tandem with realization teams to facilitate product design, support, and deployment. 
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners. 
• Represent the product in relevant forums. Provide training and demonstrations as required. 
• Act as a reference for all data-related matters with customers, partners, and within the company. 
• Actively participate in customer support with various internal teams by leading evaluations for specific developments in response to challenges encountered. 

What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:

• A Bachelor's degree or any experience deemed relevant will be considered; 
• Experience in product management or business analysis in a data operations, data management, or operations-related role, with at least five years in a similar position; 
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector; 
• Mastery of data ingestion, transformation, and modeling concepts; 
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI, SQL Server Reporting Services, Report Builder, etc); 
• Experience in data governance, quality management, and data privacy compliance; 
• Knowledge of agile principles and backlog management tools; 
• Ability to problem-solve, think strategically, be results-oriented and attentive to detail; 
• Autonomy and priority management, team spirit, and quick adaptability to change; 
• Pragmatic Marketing certification is an asset;
• This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
