Job Description

Recruitment

  • Monitor and follow-up intern recruitment needs
  • Manage job postings in recruitment platforms
  • In charge of interviewing and recruitment processes
  • Monitor candidate database and feedback processes

Integration of New Hires

  • Prepare welcome documents for new joiners
  • Coordinate with other departments as requested for good integration of new-hires
  • Monitor and support trainings (On-boarding, Orientation, etc.) and workshops

Personnel Marketing and HR event

  • Coordinate in job fairs, university activities
  • Support yearly events and projects of HR department

Others

  • Coordinate in joining/exiting process of interns
  • Be the contact point for all interns’ matters
  • Administrative support for HR department
  • Ad-hoc task per assigned

Qualifications

  • Third/Final year student, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship
  • No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have advantage
  • Eloquent English and Vietnamese
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Interpersonal skills, time and task management skill, critical thinking, and patience
  • Can-do attitude, urge to develop and learn new things
  • Eyes for details and good organization skills
  • High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality
