What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions? 

As a Product Manager, you hold a crucial position, driving the definition, design, and strategic direction of products. Reporting to the Associate Director, this role is essential in translating vision into tangible products that meet and exceed market expectations and maximize value for our customers.

How will your contributions be showcased?

• Product strategy and leadership:
  • Participate in strategic decisions directly influencing product direction.
  • Develop and refine product features, and ensure communication of these to the development teams.
  • Manage product priorities by assessing stakeholder value and aligning developments with the product vision.
  • Create accurate user stories and approve developments to ensure consistency with product strategy.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners and represent the product in relevant forums.
• Support and coordination with implementation teams:
  • Work in tandem with realization teams to facilitate product design, support, and deployment.
  • Identify and help resolve product obstacles to ensure smooth development progress.
• Product Roadmap and Planning:
  • Collaborate with management to help develop the product vision and communicate this vision to stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain the product roadmap and ensure its proper communication.
  • Ensure any other planning required concerning the product.
• Customer engagement :
  • Understand and integrate customer needs, requirements, and issues to ensure product alignment with market expectations.
  • Actively participate in customer support, providing assessments for specific developments and solutions in response to challenges encountered.

What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:

• A bachelor's degree or other relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in product management or business analysis, with at least two years in a similar position.
• Certification in product management from a recognized organization would be a considerable asset.
• In-depth market knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and innovate.
• Autonomy and priority management, team spirit, and quick adaptability to change.
• This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
