What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions? 

You will play a crucial role as a strategic leader in our portfolio of IT solutions dedicated to transforming operations in the hospital sector. Reporting to the Senior Director, and working closely with the Associate Director, you will be responsible for setting product vision and strategy, coordinating cross-team efforts, and driving initiatives that will ensure financial success and customer engagement. Your responsibility covers the entire product lifecycle, from initial conception through to market launch and customer adoption.

How will your contributions be showcased?

  • Strategic vision :
    • Define the long-term direction of the product range, analyze the market, and devise adaptive strategies to anticipate customer and user needs, in line with the portfolio strategy.
  • Lifecycle management:
    • Oversee the evolution and monitor the development of products, from conceptualization to market launch, ensuring that each stage meets quality standards and market expectations.
  • Collaborative leadership:
    • Strengthen cohesion and collaboration within cross-functional teams to foster transparent and effective communication, and proactively resolve complex issues.
  • Customer engagement:
    • Maintain constructive relationships with customers and partners, listening to their feedback and aiming for continuous improvement of the user experience.
  • Team support:
    • Be a strategic pillar, working in concert with development, customer services, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure synergy and enhanced performance.
    • Facilitate product demonstrations and evaluation of financial proposals to support business development.
    • Respond effectively to internal and external escalations by applying appropriate and innovative problem-solving strategies.
    • Align the product vision with the company's overall divisional objectives, ensuring that all initiatives are consistent with the overall strategy.

Qualifications

What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:

  • A bachelor's degree or other relevant experience will be considered.
  • At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare IT solutions context.
  • Proven experience in product management or clinical project management, demonstrating the ability to lead complex initiatives.
  • Knowledge of LGI's clinical and clinical-administrative products would be a considerable advantage.
  • Product management certification from a recognized organization is considered an asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry, enabling effective navigation through customer challenges, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent understanding of customer needs, ensuring that the solutions developed precisely meet industry demands.

  • This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
