Job Description

We are currently seeking a Logistics Network Integration Analyst with a strong background in logistics and supply chain, particularly within the retail or fashion industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise to design, develop, and optimize our logistics network, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives. 

Responsibilities  

  • Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the logistics network from initiation to finalization​, using modeling techniques. 
  • Responsible for utilizing network modelling tools to create and evaluate various network scenarios and​ simulations, taking both an extensive warehouse and store network into consideration. 
  • Responsible for conducting thorough analyses of the logistics network considering cost-to-serve, service levels, time to market​ and sustainability impact. 
  • Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the logistics network design is in alignment with overall business strategies​. 
  • Support development of strategic logistics network recommendations based on complex data analysis. 
  • Responsible for key data elements and data collection, relevant to the logistics network modeling 
  • Build data models, including using data analytics and business intelligence tools to gain insights and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Responsible for building scalable and complex logistics models and scenarios to optimize logistics network with the goal of delivering an excellent customer experience while balancing operating cost and asset efficiency. 
  • ​Actively stay up to date on global logistics end-to-end operational status, KPIs, issues and risks. 
  • Identify sustainability opportunities and challenges from a social, economic, and environmental perspective. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 
  • Proven experience in logistics network design and optimization, ideally within the retail or fashion industry. 
  • Strong proficiency in quantitative modeling and analysis, with hands-on experience using network modeling tools like Llamasoft. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex trade-offs within the logistics network. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to model and interpret supply chain data. 
  • Experience with statistical methods for forecasting, trend analysis, and pattern recognition. 
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate, interact, and navigate with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
