PSI/Myanmar is now inviting the applications to fill the following position:

Senior Digital Health Officer plays a critical role in supporting PSI/Myanmar and Affiliated Organizations with modern and innovative digital solutions such as DHIS2 and Power BI Data Dashboards, Electronic Medical Record systems, Electronic Field Data collection, Power Apps, social media chatbots, etc. to achieve effective and efficient program implementation. The Senior Digital Health Officer will also be a resource person for the Digital Health Unit and will provide technical inputs to the Digital Health Manager and Head of Health Security & Innovations in relevant digital health areas.

The duties and responsibilities of Senior Digital Health Officer include: 

Design and Development of digital tools
•    Design, develop, and maintenance of new web and mobile digital tools to assist the operation activities such as social media Chatbots, Power Apps, Electronic Medical Record systems, electronic field data collection, etc.
•    Work together with the focal person from PSI Myanmar and affiliated organizations to initiate and implement new digital tools and projects.
•    Design, develop, and maintain the data dashboards using DHIS2, Power BI, and other relevant platforms.
•    Work together with the Health Security Unit, MIS, and PMD units to identify mission-critical indicators for program and field performance and design data dashboards for monitoring the performance of programs and projects.

Maintenance of the ongoing digital tools
•    Troubleshoot and maintain the current ongoing digital tools used by PSI Myanmar such as social media Chatbots, AWS server, Power apps, Power BI dashboards, 3CX call center app, etc.
•    Coordinate with external developers for the troubleshooting and maintenance of surveillance disease chatbot systems, drug adherence technology (DAT) systems, digital coupon systems, etc.

Technical Support
•    Provide the required and relevant technical support to the HSI team, PMD team, MIS team, and affiliated organizations for ongoing digital services.
•    Provide technical input to the Digital Health Manager and Senior Management team in the relevant digital health services field.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
The key skills required for the position of Senior Digital Health Officer include:
•    Technical Knowledge: Must have basic understanding of health program/ project activities and needs in development sector, advanced knowledge on DHIS2, ability to code, test and debug modern web and mobile programming languages. Must have innovative and creative mindset, aptitude for mathematics and learning new technology
•    Communication: Must have good communication skill, good written/ verbal English language skill and must be a good team player
•    Organizing: Must be organized, systematic, and dynamic and must interact well with others

•    Must be a graduate degree
•    Must have at least two-year experience in digital health or software development field
•    Must have strong knowledge on Information Technology
