What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions? 

You will work closely with the development (internal and external) and product teams. You will also be responsible for the smooth running of Clinibase CI and Siurge products, keeping customers at the center of thinking and using the best possible practices in a complex context. You will also ensure that the various components of the architecture are properly integrated.

How will your contributions be showcased?

Functionality programming : 

• Help design/program high-risk elements;
• Diagnose and solve the most complex technical problems;
• Understand and play a major role in the design and delivery cycle, from ideation to project design, UX, code, testing, deployment, security and component integration;
• Ensure that the solution will be easy to support by encouraging good design and code refactoring to minimize technical debt and facilitate deployment;
• Collaborate with the architecture team to ensure the technical sustainability of the product;
• Produce clear and effective technical documentation.

Support N3 :

• Investigate problems reported by customers;
• Train N1 and N2 support teams on the technical novelties of each release.

Planning, and content preparation : 

• Support the technical manager in planning new releases;
• Carry out complex technical analyses, always aiming for the best solution for customers;
• Analyze and validate Product Manager requirements to determine project feasibility;
• Evaluate and provide high-level estimates.

What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:

• University degree in computer science or equivalent;
• At least 10 years of experience in programming;
• Experience with complex software;
• Experience with external consultants;
• Good programming skills (C, C++, C#, Delphi)
• Familiar with DevExpress and HL7 Standards;
• Good knowledge of databases (Oracle and PL/SQL);
• Good knowledge of good programming practices (unit testing, algorithms, etc.);
• Good knowledge of DevOps practices (build and deployment pipelines with Azure DevOps, Bitbucket etc.);
• Self-motivated and resourceful;
• Comfortable with the unknown;
• Problem diagnosis skills;
• Thoroughness;
• Team spirit and analytical skills;
• This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
