About the job 

Inter IKEA are on a tremendously exciting journey, to establish and develop our Digital Workplace tools for our many colleagues across our global operations. We are seeking a Product Specialist with Security expertise, your role will be crucial to safeguarding the backbone of Digital Products at Inter IKEA. If you want a role without limits, you can contribute heavily to the global security operations of our MS solutions and beyond! 

About you  

You have proven expertise in Microsoft 365 workloads, in a complex and global business, this will provide a brilliant foundation for success this role. This role doesn’t stop at Security strengthening, you will be working with large data sets, this will allow you to work extensively with Governance, Automation and Data loss Prevention.

About the area 

Our Digital Workplace department within Operations Management is vital, we run, improve, and innovate business solutions, ensuring high performance and prioritized business development for the digital workplace at Inter IKEA. Our team provides a digital workplace to all Inter IKEA Group, with the right digital tools to help colleagues make a difference. We want colleagues to provide our users with a smooth, enjoyable, and effective experience using their digital workplace. 

To be successful in this role, the following knowledge, skills and experiences would be valuable: 

  • In-depth operational knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. 

  • Passion and knowledge of Microsoft 365 Productivity workloads in a large complex org 

  • Extensive experience working with Windows Defender 

  • Understanding of fundamental cybersecurity concepts. Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations relevant to data protection, with the ability to ensure Microsoft 365 workloads comply with these standards. 

  • A high attention to detail and motivation for IT Governance and Automation 

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts for Microsoft 365 administration tasks and IT governance using PowerShell or other relevant scripting languages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation within the Microsoft 365 environment. 

  • Hands on experience in configuring and monitoring Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to protect sensitive data within Microsoft 365 workloads 

  • Proficiency in developing and enforcing data retention policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within Microsoft 365. Knowledge of strategies for archiving and purging data to optimize storage and maintain compliance. 

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and devise effective security solutions 

  • Good English language skills with the ability to cater to non-native audiences  

  • a strategic mind that allows you to break down complex information, organise it, and present it in a clear and engaging way  

  • the ability to build trusting relationships and long-term partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.

This role is full-time and based in Malmo or Delft. This role sits in Enabling Functions,  

Operations Management and reports to the Collaboration and Productivity Product Manager.
