What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions? 

Our team's mandate is to develop a human resources management solution, Espresso HR/Payroll, dedicated to the Quebec healthcare network. You will contribute to the maintenance and evolution of this solution.  

How will your contributions be showcased?

• Carry out design, development, and unit testing according to current standards;
• Ability to deal with tight deadlines, while paying good attention to detail with good problem-analysis skills;
• Act as a third-level resource for operations and production support;
• Collaborate with other Scrum team members (Business Analyst, Developers. and Product Manager) to successfully complete projects; 
• Demonstrate leadership in the continuous improvement of our operating procedures, solutions, and interdepartmental coordination;
• Comply with all applicable methods, standards, procedures, and policies.  

What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:

• Minimum 5 years experience in C/C++ programming; 
• Solid knowledge of Oracle databases (PL/SQL); 
• Experience using C# with .NET;
• Visual Studio 2022 and Visual Studio 6 experience, an asset; 
• Experience in integration, an asset; 
• Experience in Dev Express, an asset; 
• Experience with Citrix server, an asset; 
• Knowledge of various communications protocols, an asset; 
• Experience with version management tools (Git) in a team context; 
• Knowledge of human resources management, an asset; 
• Knowledge of the Quebec healthcare sector, an asset; 
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools, an asset; 
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, an asset; 
• Strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; 
• Ability to work in a team and maintain excellent interpersonal relations; 
• Autonomous, curious, resourceful, and a good learner; 
• Good communication skills and ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely; 
• Highly adaptable; 
• Ability to work under pressure at any time; 
• This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
