Job Description

Do you want to be a project scheduler for baggage handling projects all over the world? Do you have experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project and would you like to develop yourself in this field, then take this opportunity to support our global airport projects.

Play a key role in large-scale projects

As a Project Scheduler in our Airport division located in Aarhus, Denmark, it is your job to create and maintain the project time schedules for our projects together with the other project team members. As a Project Scheduler you report to the Director of Projects and you are working consistently to keep our schedules updated to the dynamics of our projects. Your responsibilities are:

  • Planning and reporting of different projects using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Creating project time schedules for new projects according to our Stage-Gate® model, including a schedule-narrative.
  • Monitor project progress against an established baseline, including follow-up, tracking and issuing updated versions of the project time schedule.
  • Reporting progress to our project teams and our customers
  • Project schedule coordination across the organisation.

Communication with global project teams and customers
Stepping into a busy workday in Aarhus, you can look forward to becoming an active part of large-scale projects. You will be working with multi-disciplinary teams, interacting with team members ranging wide in nationalities and allowing you to network with colleagues across the globe. You are willing to travel occasionally to our projects' sites.

Qualifications
You are a structured, analytical thinking problem solver. Furthermore, you:

  • Have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering or any related field.
  • Have a few years of demonstrated experience in project/production scheduling
  • Have experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Have strong communication skills in English to communicate with project stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Are flexible and understand how to multitask and prioritise your tasks.
  • Are proactive and constructive in your approach to your assignments and in your teamwork with stakeholders of different cultures and personalities.
