Job Description
As a Data Analyst in the Strategy & Steering team within the Brand development and marketing function, you will take responsibility for brand health & tracker data and analysis. You will work as a key enabler to secure the realization of business and customer value from analytics, data, and models.
You have a commercial mindset and innate curiosity, you keep the customer at heart, and you love making data talk! In the Strategy & Steering team, you will have the opportunity to work in a team, which heavily relies on making data-driven decisions. In this role you will have an opportunity to grow your career within data while working in a supportive team and environment.
Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
- Support with long term analytical needs (e.g., recurring reports) and ad hoc analysis.
- Work with multiple analytics tools to analyze, execute and follow up initiatives from idea to industrialization.
- Be the driver for data driven decision making by enabling data visibility and educating the different stakeholders.
- Build and continuously develop user-friendly consumable output from our brand health tracking tools.
- Identify most relevant set of brand health tracking methods, sources, and tools.
Qualifications
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse large amounts of data into clear insights.
- Experience from digital analysis, product/business analysis or controlling.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate and explain data and its implications to various stakeholders.
- Experience in working with analytical programming languages such as SQL, and R.
- Experience in working with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
