This individual will lead the overall functional and strategic coordination of the Inside Sales team. The right person for this role is highly strategic and results-oriented with proven success in building and leading a team and executing sales processes. You are a leader that is both a mentor and a coach who will roll up their sleeves to achieve success with the team.

Job Duties:

• Work directly with Revenue Operations team and necessary stakeholders to define operational metrics and reporting to effectively measure key metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Campus Sales, and Customer Success to create sufficient qualified leads and track progress to ensure quarterly objectives are met.
• Ensure constant alignment between Sales and Marketing as it relates to client facing collateral and supporting current strategy/initiatives.
• Establish and cultivate the culture for high performance teams.
• Focus on daily execution with team through daily stand ups and weekly one on ones to quickly identify areas of opportunity, challenges, and enforce

• 5+ years of Sales leadership experience
• Proven experience working with CRM systems 
• Experience analyzing call metrics and familiarity with call tracking software
• Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills
