Job Description

You are responsible to set the regional road map for store projects & roll-out of new VM components that improves product elevation in store portfolio for each Sales Market.

You lead Visual Project Leads and support with clear communication, prioritization & expectation on project timeline and follow up to deliver on quality execution of each store project.

Together with Expansion team, you make sure ongoing VM projects and strategies are aligned and considered together with the rebuild pipeline.


Responsibilities

Store Project Pipeline:

  • Create strategic roadmap, prioritization and plans for store projects and new VM components linked to company CX vision.
  • Together with Expansion team, ensure VM projects and strategies are aligned with project overview and timeline for the total region.
  • Secure close collaboration, alignment, and joint vision with Regional Head of Store VM & Commercial, Regional Retail Space Manager on expectations when planning for all store projects in line with the latest global guidelines.
  • Support Visual Project Leads with strategic prioritization, planning and coordination of project plan and information for store projects including (Window, A-area packages, CX Upgrade Light, new display tools & forms, carriers etc.) together with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate regional implementation plan, prioritization for store projects, VM components and all rebuilds and new store openings within the region.
  • Ensure regional follow-up of store projects on-site for visual and commercial implementation in collaboration with Regional Visual Team, Visual Project Leads and other stakeholders within Expansion.

 

Support & Development:

  • Together with Expansion you prepare, communicate project plan and timeline for store projects delivered through kick-off meetings and store visits with Region and Sales market teams.
  • Responsible to deliver and follow-up any training material for Visual Project Leads connected to new VM strategies, interior drawing programs and new store projects in collaboration with HR team.
  • Create a sustainable talent pipeline with the right competences within the VM team promoting diversity.

Qualifications

  • You have participated in internal mandatory Visual Project Lead Introduction trainings
  • You have participated in internal mandatory core Visual & Commercial trainings
  • Ability to engage and inspire others and taking responsibility for team development
  • Strong prioritization skills and background to manage multiple global and regional initiatives and strategies
  • Ability to set realistic planning on a regional level coordinate projects and support implementation stages
  • Strong knowledge about layout best practices/methods and drawing methodology for different/latest interior programmes in store formats and new VM components
  • Proficient IT skills and a willingness to learn new IT skills to support role and processes
  • Strong knowledge about physical store identity, global visual & commercial strategies and our assortment offer
  • Strong knowledge about visual and operational routines and best practices
  • Extensive fashion interest and expertise

Additional Information

This is a full-time position and will be based in Stockholm, Sweden and will reports to the Head of Store Visual Merchandising & Commercial ​ for Southern Hemisphere Region.
