What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions? 

The main responsibility is to ensure a good customer experience. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of hardware such as computers, software, and in-house operating applications.

How will your contributions be showcased?

Level 1 support for IT materials:

  • Respond to incident tickets and queries within requested timeframes by analyzing problems;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of technological and audiovisual equipment before various internal and external meetings, as requested, by carrying out functional tests beforehand;
  • Ensure communication in the event of a breakdown, software incident, or unresolved ticket opening, and follow up with users;
  • Access management;
  • Train internal users to use internal hardware and applications, to make them self-sufficient with the help of various documentation;
  • Contribute actively to the knowledge base. 

Computer management of employee arrivals, transfers, and departures:

  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, validating needs and requirements;
  • Repatriate equipment when employees leave.

Qualifications

What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:

  • Professional degree in computer science or equivalent experience;
  • 5 years of experience in IT support;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft environment (Azure Active Directory, M365, Exchange);
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS workstations; 
  • Experience in supporting Apple iOS and Google Android cell phones;
  • Strong customer service skills (communication, empathy, emotional intelligence);
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and find solutions when they are not yet known;
  • Resourcefulness and ability to build a network of people to find solutions;
  • Ability to prioritize workload independently;
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts independently;
  • Proactively provide recommendations for improvements or solutions;
  • Ability to rally support from their team and other teams;
  • This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
