• Supporting business with office IT hardware and basic software
• Helping business end-user proficiency with new hardware and basic software
• Support business with PC’s initial set-up and problems, screens, cables, connections, meeting room hardware and Microsoft Office 365

• Positive open supportive communication
• Ability to fix any problem of IT office hardware including meeting room hardware and office 365
• Fluent in English
• German is a plus

The IT technician will re-enforce the IT Team and manages first and second level of support requests. Excellent opportunity for an IT student or an IT knowledge student. We offer a varied and responsible role with lots of freedom in an international and dynamic environment. Great benefits, a modern workplace, and working hours are 8:00-12:00 from Monday to Friday, but we can be flexible.
