As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of our digital experience platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, automate processes, and maintain high standards of security across our digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Drupal-based applications using industry-standard tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
• Design and deploy scalable cloud solutions for both Drupal and non-Drupal projects, blending private and public cloud environments as well as on-premises and public cloud infrastructures, with a strong focus on security.
• Design and implement infrastructure as code (IAC) solutions using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and configuration of cloud resources on platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including code scanning, vulnerability assessment, and remediation.
• Perform regular security assessments of infrastructure components to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain containerization strategies using Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes to enable scalable and resilient application deployments.
• Configure and manage Acquia Cloud environments, including site deployments, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Implement and manage infrastructure security controls, including network segmentation, encryption, and identity and access management (IAM) policies.
• Monitor system logs and alerts to promptly detect and respond to security incidents, following incident response best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for Drupal environments.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in DevSecOps, Drupal, and Acquia platforms, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in DevSecOps or related roles, focusing on Drupal-based platforms, mandatory.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management & provisioning tools such as Ansible.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, including branching and merging strategies.
• Knowledge of web application security principles and common vulnerabilities, such as OWASP Top 10.
• Previous experience working with Acquia Cloud or other Drupal hosting platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
