Company Description
About Us:
Founded in 2017, Biza.io was built with the vision of becoming a world class SaaS solution to meet the complex and rapidly changing Consumer Data Right specification. We’re focused on implementing and delivering innovative solutions within the CDR landscape empowering Australians to take control of and share their own data
From humble beginnings as a bootstrapped tech start-up, Biza.io is on a mission to scale after securing a Series A investment of $7.5m in 2022. Our solutions are enabling thriving open data ecosystems that are changing the way the world shares data, driving innovation in the financial services sector and cost savings for consumers as a result.
We now have more than 18 million consumers with data-sharing access enabled by our technology and that’s just the beginning!
About the team:
Biza's Product department is responsible for building and shipping the software products that help our customers securely share and collect data in the CDR. We are the trailblazers, with a wealth of proven CDR expertise that helps us anticipate and lead the future of the CDR and give our customer's a competitive edge.
Job Description
About the Role
You will work with the Product Team Lead to ensure that Biza software meets the high quality and security requirements that our customers expect. This is primarily through the creation of automated tests (both self created and mentoring developers to write tests), maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, being responsible for the release management process and a (hopefully ever-shrinking) set of manual tests.
You will also run our conformance suite against other CDR Holders for our customers that engage Biza on a conformance-only consulting basis.
What Success Looks Like
You will write automated integration tests to ensure that our software meets all feature, quality and compliance obligations.
You will be a fast learner that is able to slowly absorb deeply technical specifications (FAPI-RW, OIDC, OAuth)
You will be a critical part of the release process, keeping track of which features are in flight for the next release and ensuring that they meet acceptability criteria and are tested prior to being released to customers.
You will engage with the development process and help developers write their own tests and foster a TDD culture.
You will run manual tests where needed, but always be encouraged to automate them where it is sensible.
You will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the health of our CI/CD pipelines with the development team.
