This 12 month fixed term contract role is key to providing exemplary levels of customer service to our customers, managing order developments from receipt through to delivery in a proactive timely manner, ensuring customers are kept updated on order developments at all times. 

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you will be part of a larger team who work with production, engineering and sales departments ensuring customers orders are met in full. 

In this role you will identify and resolve order queries with customers and ensure that their requirements are correctly interpreted and fully understood, carry out contract reviews of customer orders diligently and accurately and organise the working day so that priorities are addressed, customer expectations are met, and internal delays reduced 

This role would suit a person who has the ability to approach challenges with a proactive mindset and find solutions to problems.
 

Experience Requirements:

• Have experience of working in a customer service focussed environment 
• Be able to Commercial awareness or have a background in Customer Service
• Have experience of inputting data accurately 

The successful candidate:

• Good attention to detail and has the ability to work under pressure
• Has good communication skills and is customer focused
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met to the full
