We are looking for:

The association operates European standards for GMO-free and sustainable soybeans. As a standard holder of these international quality standards with a focus on sustainability, GMO-free and traceability, we are looking for a dedicated leader:

Your area of responsibility

  • Responsible for the implementation of the existing Donau Soja quality standards into a control system including an IT database
  • Responsible for the further development of the Donau Soja quality standards including preparation of documents belonging to the quality standards
  • Responsibility for the integrity program and control of the implementation of quality standards
  • Leading the dedicated QM team and coordinating the Quality Assurance team within the organization plus budget responsibility
  • Coordination with other relevant standards and implementation of recognitions and benchmarks .

Qualifications

Job profile

  • Degree from a technical college or university in the agri-food sector or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3-4 years of work experience in relevant areas incl. management tasks 
  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance programs and certification standards
  • High level of motivation and initiative
  • Systematic way of working, ability & passion to work in and with a team
  • Gender, diversity and environmental competence to be able to promote Donau Soja & ADA values
  • Very good knowledge of German and English are prerequisites, CEE language is an advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office

For this position, we offer an attractive salary that matches your qualifications and experience. For legal reasons, we would like to point out that a minimum salary of EUR 4300,- gross per month (full-time basis) applies.
