In April 2021 we newly established the first regional HR Service Hub of Bosch in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) based in Budapest. For this great opportunity, we are looking for motivated and service-minded team members with a high customer-orientation.

Job Description

We are searching for highly motivated HR Specialists to join the International Mobility team of our Hub. In this role, you will be responsible for the content and technical aspects of International Mobility topic areas within HR for multiple locations in the region.

Your tasks will be:

  • Managing of the short- and long-term expatriation processes
  • Supporting international assignments according to the Bosch Central Directives and Country specific regulations
  • Ensuring the relevant compensation, legal, immigration, labour and tax compliance
  • Providing customer service as a first point of contact for the expats and relevant stakeholders
  • Present possibilities of HRS scope to other divisions outside the organization.

Qualifications

Which requirements are important to us?

  • Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas.
  • Experience: You have 1-3 years of experience in HR related topics (International Mobility relevant experience is an advantage).
  • Personality: You are analytical, self-organized and proactive. You can communicate clearly.
  • Languages: You have advanced English and German skills (written and spoken). Other foreign languages are an advantage
