We are looking for a highly skilled individual who possesses a unique blend of UI/UX expertise and proven experience in design sales & presales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading design solutions as per the client's needs, driving design sales initiatives, actively engaging with clients, and providing industry-specific solutions. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX Design Team:
  • Manage and mentor a team of talented UI/UX designers.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.
• Design Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive design sales and revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Actively engage in client-facing interactions, including pre-sales consultations and presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored design solutions aligned with their business objectives.
• Industry Expertise and Solutions:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
  • Provide industry-specific insights and solutions to address client challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design strategies and business goals.
• Presales and Proposal Development:
  • Participate in presales activities, including client meetings, RFP/RFQ responses, and proposal presentations.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our design services and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling sales collateral and presentations.

Ideal candidate would have:

• Proven track record of at least 7 years in UI/UX design, with expertise in designing user-centred solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in design sales, business development, and client engagement.
• Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and human-computer interaction.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
