Job Description

Our Developmental Therapy Associates (DTAs) are responsible for the implementation and daily oversight of home-based interventions for young children and their caregivers.

Responsibilities will include working with licensed staff on the completion of initial assessments, developing and supporting individual child goals and objectives, and developing and supporting teaching procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or related human services field
  • At least 2 years of experience working in early childhood education, human services and/or related field.
  • Must have personal vehicle to travel between clients’ homes and schools
  • Must have COVID vaccinations

Working Conditions:

  • Working in home settings - will require travel to various types of homes

Work Hours:

  • Fee for Service
  • Sessions occur between 8:00am and 7:00pm
  • Monday through Friday
