Beacon Services of Connecticut provides supports to families and children through our Birth to Three program. We serve families throughout the state of Connecticut with the goal of increasing access to the highest quality services based upon the evidenced-based practices

We are looking for a social worker who has an interest in supporting families with young children. Our Licensed Social Workers assist with evaluations, participate in individual family planning (IFSP) and implementation, and provide case management, as well as direct and/or consultative services to children and families in the Birth to Three system.

• A Master's degree in social work from a four-year college or university
• Experience working with young children and families strongly preferred.
• Current Licensure by relevant state board or agency

• Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with families
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-confidence to take the initiative to approach families
• Achievement motivated to work with families to set and achieve realistic goals

Working Conditions:

• Working in family home and daycares - will require some travel

Work Hours:

• Various Session Times
• Flexible
• Monday through Friday
