Job Description

As an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator at Hope Leigh Marketing Group, you'll be the engine that keeps our client relationships sailing smoothly. In this essential role, you are the backbone of each account, diligently tracking, organizing, and executing day-to-day operations. Think of yourself as the one fueling the account progress with your hard work and dedication. Your role is crucial in managing proposals, handling media campaigns, and ensuring timely reporting, all with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement and Support:
    • Oversee daily operations for specific clients, ensuring efficient delivery of varied projects like media plans and digital content.
    • Take ownership of client-related tasks, including organizing meetings, documenting discussions, and handling follow-ups.
    • Drive client success by assisting with the introduction of innovative products and services across multiple channels such as search, social media, and analytics.
  • Team Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Assist with detailed briefs that align client objectives with internal team efforts.
    • Proactive and efficient project and task identification, prioritization and management. 
    • Represent client interests internally, ensuring brand consistency in all outputs.
    • Step in as the primary contact in the absence of Account Managers.
    • Support accurate and timely invoicing and manage project pipelines.
  • Vendor Relationship Management:
    • Coordinate closely with vendors to launch and oversee campaigns, including managing dashboards and reporting.
    • Build strong relationships with vendor representatives to enhance client service quality.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Gather and analyze data from vendor partners to deliver insightful performance reports to clients.
    • Use analytics templates to present branded metrics for monthly and quarterly reviews.
    • Drill down into campaign data in Google Looker Studio, creating visually engaging reports to highlight campaign successes.

Prerequisites

  • Established experience in a client service environment, preferably in advertising, marketing, or communications.
  • Proven skill in time management, organization, task prioritization, and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Preferably possessing solid knowledge of the recruitment industry and fundamental business concepts, along with experience in effectively utilizing various digital marketing channels, including social media, for strategic talent attraction.
