Job Description

Join Hope Leigh Marketing Group as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager and become the guiding light for some of the most dynamic brands in recruitment marketing. You'll collaborate closely with clients in leadership (CHRO, VP of Talent Acquisition, Director of HR, etc) as well our talented team, including the Executive Sponsor, Account Director, Digital Strategist, and various vendor partners, to turn your strategic insights into reality. Your counterpart, the Account Coordinator, will be the engine turning your strategic plans into action, ensuring seamless execution of every detail. Together, you'll create a powerful synergy, with you leading the high-level vision and strategic direction, while they focus on day-to-day operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement and Growth:
    • Spearhead the management of a dedicated client portfolio, ensuring exceptional delivery of projects ranging from media plans and marketing materials to innovative creative, digital and social content.
    • Take charge of client relationships, establishing yourself as the primary point of contact, and confidently advising clients on both long-term and short-term strategic initiatives.
    • Identify and seize opportunities for expansion within client accounts, introducing cutting-edge media, brand and technology products and services to ensure we’re providing the best solutions to meet your clients needs.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Act as the guiding force for a dedicated client portfolio, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
    • Foster a culture of learning and growth by coaching team members and delegating tasks effectively to maintain a seamless project workflow.
    • Lead with confidence and collaborate efficiently with virtual teams, stepping in as the key contact in the absence of senior management.
    • Manage project finances meticulously, including accurate invoicing and pipeline updates.
  • Vendor Relationship Management:
    • Own and cultivate relationships with vendors, demonstrating leadership and diplomacy in negotiations and campaign launches.
    • Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring and integrating new vendor services, contributing to the company's growth and innovation.
  • Reporting and Analytics Excellence:
    • Oversee campaign optimization and reporting, maintaining hands-on knowledge of the process for situations when your team needs guidance.
    • Supervise, refine, and approve analytics presentations, ensuring clear communication and accuracy in the representation of key performance indicators from Google Looker Studio and other sources.

Prerequisites

  • Established experience in a client service environment, preferably in advertising, marketing, or communications.
  • Proven skill in time management, organization, task prioritization, and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, lasting relationships with executive-level clientele, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills and an understanding of high-level business needs and strategies.
  • Preferably possessing solid knowledge of the recruitment industry and fundamental business concepts, along with experience in effectively utilizing various digital marketing channels, including social media, for strategic talent attraction.
