    Job Description

    The Programme:

    Join our two-year rotational fast track Analytics Elevation Programme, where you will get exposure to analytics across several key business functions, including Commercial, Retail, Warehouse/logistics and eCommerce. 

    With time spent in each function, understanding the part data plays in all commercial decisions, you will be guided by experienced analytics experts at every step. 

    Data drives our business, whether it's product, performance, people or process, the key to commercial success lives in the numbers. As a Trainee Data Analyst, you will live and breathe the fundamentals of good data management, supported by on-going training and the opportunity to specialise in a personal development path of your choice (via our third-party Data Camp partners), you will operate on a truly global scale, supporting decision making across Europe, Australia, Malaysia and the U.K. 

    The programme is designed to help you live and breathe our principles. You’ll discover what it means to think without limits, own it, be relevant and be the next champion of commercial retail. 

    Qualifications

    The Requirements:

    • A degree is not essential, but candidates with a Finance, Computer Science, Maths, Business, Analytics or Economics degree are encouraged to apply
    • 1 year+ work experience in any industry (if no degree)
    • GCSE grade A*-C (or equivalent) in Maths & English
    • The ability to put commerciality at the forefront of your decision making
    • We are looking for people with a real passion for retail, spotting customer trends and helping us push the boundaries within this industry
    • We want someone to bring our data to life, therefore outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, are essential 
    • Valid right to work in the UK

    The Selection Process: (please read)

    Your application will be reviewed by the recruitment team, and you will be informed if you have been successful within 30 days. Successful applications will be invited to complete a short online assessment, that measures aspects such as analytical skills, logic, reasoning and Frasers Group values and behaviours. If you are successful at this point, you will be invited to complete a video interview with one of the recruitment team, where you will get the chance to show us your fearless qualities and ask any questions about the programme, team, or Group. Finally, the fearless few, will be invited to an onsite assessment centre, at our Shirebrook HQ in March 2024. Assessment centre travel expenses will be covered by the Group, including trains/milage and if necessary, hotels or flights.

    Job offers will be issued in April and start date for the programme is in Mid-September 2024.
