Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager (Enterprise) to help us expand into polish and international markets and draw in new clients from small and medium-sized enterprises.

You will be the face of GGS and have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The objective is to create enduring financial growth by increasing sales, build and developing trustworthy relations with customers.

Duties:

  • Develop B2B sales strategy 

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients (Polish and English- speaking)

  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

  • Provide trustworthy support for the clients during the whole sales cycle

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • Improve current sales processes

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position in IT sales

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish

  • Experience in working on long sales cycle (6m+) with midmarket foreign clients

  • Good knowledge of prospecting tools and tactics (Sales Navigator, Cold Mail Automation tools, Prospect searching tools, Hubspot)

  • Ability to identify clients' needs in the early stage of the sales process

  • Previous experience in managing sales team would be an asset
