Role Overview and Key Responsabilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Director of Biofertilizer to lead a team in creating new circular products for the sustainable transformation of agriculture. As the Director, you will be responsible for driving innovation, optimising the production process, expanding market applications, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for biofertilizer development and applications, aligning with the company's goals and vision.
• Lead the development and optimization of advanced biochemical and physical production processes for high-quality, nutrient-rich biofertilizers.
• Stay at the forefront of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in agriculture, fertilisers, and biotechnology.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to  strategies for market penetration and product positioning.
• Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and events to showcase the company's expertise and expand professional networks.

• Academic Training: Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in a relevant discipline such as Biochemistry, Agriculture, or Biotechnology.
• Coneixements: A specific Knowledge in bio and chemical fertilizer development, agricultural research, or related fields. 
• Languages: fluent English and Spanish. 

Professional Experience: Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
