Job Description

- Deliver security partnership initiatives with multiple technology domains that will improve the security posture of the line of business and hence the company.
- Closely work with Security Partners in the team for planning; tracking; executing initiatives with the partner domains. Ensure everyone across the board are kept up-to-date.
- Closely work with other Programme Managers on the partner domains and coordinate every step of the way.
- Understand trade-offs in delivery using experience and influence consensus with the Engineering and Product teams to achieve a common objective on security.
- Define and track performance against small and larger iterations in execution. Retrospect regularly and continuously improve.
- Foresee potential risks and issues; establish a process; facilitate discussion and manage escalations with help of the Lead Security Partner.
- Develop good knowledge of security initiatives that security partnerships will be delivering.
- Ability to see security initiatives as organizational goals and cyber strategy; and develop progress reports for internal and external governance.
- Build positive relationships across all levels to deliver good security; holding them to account on delivery and improvement plans.
- Be an advocate for security with all your touch-points.
- Coach peers and other roles; teaching where required; on methodologies and programme management tools and coach/mentor on leadership.
- Proactively influencing capability and capacity planning.

Qualifications

•You will require proven record of accomplishment in delivering programs across multiple teams in different geographies. Handling security programmes is a plus.
•Have good knowledge on security domains such as security architecture; vulnerability management; penetration testing; etc.
•You should be able to build credible relationships and influence the management on security initiatives.
•You are ready to understand technical stuff; security concepts; and internal practices.
•You’re creative; flexible; self-starter.
