Overview 

We are seeking a Digital Experience Producer to join our Experience Strategy and Design team in Tokyo to craft bold, award-winning digital experiences for our clients. 

As a Digital Experience Producer, you will work closely with a blended team of experts in creative, data, media, and technology to deliver work that enriches the connections between brands and people.  

We’re looking for someone who has experience managing the production of digital experiences and working with CRM systems, along with a track record of delivering high-quality digital projects. 
 

Tasks and responsibilities include: 

  • Manage end-to-end production of digital experiences, incl. websites and CRM programs, from conception to delivery 

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of digital projects 

  • Partner with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into actionable requirements and designs 

  • Collaborate with technology colleagues on design feasibility, implementation, and integration with third-party systems 

  • Develop and maintain design documentation 

  • Ensure digital experiences meet technical and accessibility standards, and provide guidance to cross-functional teams 

  • Manage production and delivery of creative assets for digital experiences 

  • Champion UX/UI best practices 

  • Use data and analytics to measure effectiveness of digital experiences and drive continuous improvement 

  • Maintain high attention to detail on creative and presentation deliverables 

  • Stay current with digital industry trends, technology, design, eDM, and web standards. 

Qualifications

To fulfill this role, you’ll need a combination of the following

  • Proven experience in digital production and digital experience design 

  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms 

  • Knowledge of the latest design programs, including Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite 

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and other web technologies 

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and stakeholders to improve design outcomes 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills 

  • A curious, passionate, self-motivated, and willing-to-learn attitude
