Silvia and Riccardo Baracchis 17th century family residence, set amongst the vineyards and olive trees that surround the small Etruscan city of Cortona, is a true delight. Con l’accordo e la supervisione del Bar Manager, il Commis di bar:
• prepara bevande, caffetteria
• effettua il servizio al tavolo e le prestazioni del Bar durante il suo turno di servizio
• cura la pulizia del banco
• assicura una qualità di ricevimento ed un servizio personalizzato verso la Clientela, occupandosi della preparazione e del servizio delle bevande nel rispetto degli standard

With the agreement and supervision of the Bar Manager, the Assistant Barman:
• prepares drinks, cafeteria
• performs table service and the Bar during its service shift
• takes care of cleaning the bench
• ensures a quality reception and personalized service to customers, taking care of the preparation and service of drinks in compliance with the standard

• Buona conoscenza di italiano e inglese 
• Esperienza di almeno un anno maturata in hotel 4*/5* e/o Relais & Châteaux
• Completano il profilo capacità organizzative, comunicazione, orientamento al cliente e collaborazione

• Good in Italian and good knowledge of English 
• At least one year of experience in a same role gained in 4*/5* hotels and/or Relais & Châteaux
• Relational skills and predisposition to teamwork, dedication and passion for the job, organizational skills
and pressure management
