• It takes care of the preparations and the service during the breakfasts
• Use ingredients respecting established quality standards
• checks the peculiarity and presentation of the different courses
• collaborates in the reorganization and cleaning of their workplace at the end of the service

Diploma / qualification / specialization courses
Experience in the role of at least one year gained in high-end hotels and / or Relais & Chateaux
Knowledge of cooking and food preservation techniques
Passion, organizational and time management skills complete the profile
