Silvia and Riccardo Baracchis 17th century family residence, set amongst the vineyards and olive trees that surround the small Etruscan city of Cortona, is a true delight. The guest rooms, located around the main residence, have all the simplicity of a Tuscan villa. The terraces of the former winter garden, with their heady aromas of rose, offer superb vistas over the neighbouring countryside. All'interno del ristorante la risorsa durante il servizio di colazione e pranzo si occupa: 
- gestire la mise en place
- accogliere la clientela
- sbarazzare la sala, pulire e mantenere l'ordine
- supportare lo Chef de Rang nella gestione operativa del servizio di sala, nel rispetto degli standard e delle procedure

Inside the restaurant the resource during breakfast and lunch service deals with:
- manage the mise en place
- welcome customers
- clear the hall, clean and maintain order
- support the Chef de Rang in the operational management of the dining room service, in compliance with standards and procedures
