Position Details

Designation: M365 Operations Manager

Job Location: Accra/ Takoradi

Working Hours: 40 hours/week

Reports to:  Service Centre Manager

Job Summary

AmaliTech is seeking an IT-savvy and oriented candidate with 1-2 years of experience in MS O365 and Windows Server 2012 R2 to join our Team.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • level support on Exchange 2013/Exchange 2019/Exchange Online (O365)
  • Receiving, handling, and updating incident tickets
  • Operating Exchange servers
  • Operating O365 Mailboxes
  • Communicating with different teams through problem-solving process (1st level / 3rd level / Microsoft)
  • Generating reports

 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of some version of Exchange, MS O365 and Windows Server 2012 R2 is required to perform the above tasks
  • Proficiency in the English Language

  • Proficiency in cloud-based technologies
  • Knowledge of Powershell or other programming/script languages
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Proficiency in the German Language is an advantage.
