• Managing technology driven Clients (i.e. Startups, e-shops, IT Companies, Marketplaces, SaaS, Platforms or traditional companies implementing technological solutions, Advertising Agencies etc.) 
• Supporting Clients on their day- to – day legal matters and inquiries pertaining to regulations, corporate and commercial Law, consumer and data protection law issues.
• Drafting and negotiating T&Cs and advising on consumer protection law issues.
• Managing and operating GDPR compliance strategy, conducting privacy audits, including drafting contracts and privacy policies and agreements in line with GDPR and data protection rules, laws and regulations, participating in the provision of DPO services.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (sale of goods/ provision of services, License Agreements)
• Legal research and implementation on innovative legal and regulatory fields, such as platforms, software, blockchain, AI, fintech, technology transfer etc.
• Preparing Trademarks Applications and Oppositions.
• Drafting and negotiating IPR agreements (joint ownership of IPRs, technology transfer etc)

• Law Degree from an EU jurisdiction University properly certified / recognized in Greece and Greek Bar Membership
• 3-5  years of professional experience in the required fields, in a corporate environment, or Startup ecosystem, or in a Law Firm handling technology driven clients.
• Master of Laws (LL.M) in related fields will be considered a plus.
• Good knowledge of legal provisions pertaining to digital law, commercial law, GDPR, e-Privacy and consumer protection legislation. Knowledge of competition law will be a surplass.
• Business minded and with a business and pragmatic approach to contractual/ commercial matters.   
• Personal interest and use of Technology and a good understanding of technology-related issues
• Ability to research and collect information on the business aspects of the issue and identify and address arising legal concerns.
• Ability to work independently and perform research in ambiguous, emerging and rapidly evolving legal issues.
• Professional motivation, multi-tasking abilities, organization skills, analytical thinking, integrity and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to work with and coordinate activities across multidisciplinary working groups with clients and partners, and effectively communicate the important legal aspects of the existing or envisaged business models to clients in a solutions-oriented manner.
• Time & Account Management Skills.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and oral, professional approach and commercial awareness
• Fluency in English, both orally and in writing.  Ability to work in other EU languages will be considered as a plus.
