SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY MANAGER 

We're looking for an experienced junior or medior Social Media & Community Manager for one of our clients, who is a global leader in beverage alcohol with an outstanding collection of brands.  

You would be a member of a small, international social team, covering 5 markets and multiple brands in Eastern Europe. You would be doing community management for up to 5 brands (daily, proactive community management and building) on Facebook and Instagram, the rest of the time would be spent with social media management and social media strategy: cooperating with 4 other markets' teams, making sure that locally created and adapted social assets are delivered on time as per the content calendar and the posts are uploaded to Sprinklr, and published to live in a timely manner. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Community Management, focusing on the Hungarian market 
  • Support the team with planning and strategizing across all digital platforms
  • Performing desk research for digital campaigns (including global databases such as eMarketer, Statista, Euromonitor, GWI)
  • Analyzing social landscape, trends through social tool such as Sprinklr
  • Analyzing competitive landscape relevant for our clients’ campaigns
  • Analyzing and being able to formulate top level performance findings based on reports and dashboards
  • Develop specific presentations, proposals, and content to help shape clients' digital, content, and marketing plans
  • Working in close collaboration with Client service and Creative teams on maximization of campaigns

We are looking for you, if:

  • You have around 2-3 year of experience in the field of social media and community management
  • Have working experience related to social media / digital strategy (SEO / content strategy / social media strategy / CRM, etc.)
  • You are curious and willing to learn about digital strategy, not only social media
  • It is an advantage if you are familiar with Sprinkl, but not a must
  • You are team player, curious and proactive personality, who is willing to learn, and have a great problem solving attitude
  • You speak Hungarian on a native level besides of fluent English
