RPI Consultants is seeking dynamic leaders for the role of Sales Executive. Our Sales Executives develop and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with our customers by working with our Solution Architects and SMEs to provide solutions that help them meet their Enterprise Application goals.  They have an integral role in supporting RPI’s content forward, value packed, Marketing and Outreach efforts.

We seek sales professionals with relevant industry and functional experience to understand our customers’ needs and promote RPI’s unique corporate culture, deep domain expertise, superior business consulting and implementation services.  We don’t simply implement software; we strive to make our customers’ work easier and more efficient and to have fun while we do so.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with public sector and healthcare client using or interested in Infor (Lawson) Cloud ERP and WFM products
  • Drive business: Identify and develop prospects, while maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Recommend solutions and services and partner with your support and functional leads to accomplish great client outcomes
  • Enhance organizational competence by helping to planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing RPI standards
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional and industry organizations

Qualifications

  • Minimum, 8 years of experience of solution services sales and account management experience, preferably with Infor Cloud Solutions FSM, WFM
  • Experience using sales tracking or customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Prospecting and lead generation experience in the Healthcare and Public Sector
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation preferred
