Job Description

We are looking for:

An E-commerce Merchandiser to join our team in our Stockholm Atelier. We believe you have good understanding of driving online selling and how to ensure the best OMNI customer offer for our market and concept.

You encourage and contribute to the shared responsibility of creating and protecting an inclusive and welcoming workplace where everyone is allowed to self-identify.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Drive and optimize net selling and growth through setting clear strategies, commercial focuses and quantified goals
  • Take short and long-term actions to increase concept selling based on relevant analysis – always putting our customer at the centre
  • Drive conversion – constantly look for opportunities to increase conversion rate based on customer behavior and sales follow up to optimize profitable selling on a daily basis on site
  • Secure commerciality in ranking on site and act quick on customer behavior
  • Secure commercial impact on site through ranking strategies and prioritizing key garment groups
  • Work closely with merchandisers across the company to balance and optimize stock between our channels

Additional Information

This is a permanent position based in Stockholm and you will report to the EU Omni Merchandising Manager.
