In your role as Operational Performance Lead, you will lead a team of 4-5 FTE which owns all relevant operational KPIs.  You will shape how we use performance data to analyze and improve our operations as well as how we make it accessible to a variety of stakeholders. You will work at the intersection of country operations and global functions and regularly switch between a birds-eye-view and getting your hands dirty in the details.

Job Description

  • Own the existing operational KPI landscape and provide analyses and insights to key stakeholders within Flink
  • Drive the development agenda of operational performance management together with Process Excellence, Data and Tech teams
  • Manage team resources, priorities and project deadlines to ensure completion of quarterly goals
  • Train and mentor team members according to their individual skills and development needs
  • Function as point of contact and sparrings partner for key internal Stakeholders (e.g. Data, Tech, Country Operations)

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or comparable 
  • 5+ years relevant work experience (incl. people management experience) in a fast-paced environment or a similar role
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to synthesize abstract information into concrete recommendations
  • Proven track record of setting up performance frameworks, benchmarks and experience in data manipulation and visualization, including deep understanding of respective tools
  • Experience in stakeholder management and very strong communication skills.
