We are currently implementing a new product suite based on the latest technologies and we want to streamline continuous integration and continuous delivery across our project execution and customer support for a customer base with +1.000 customers worldwide. We are searching for a DevOps manager that help us drive this process. Care to join?

The DevOps Manager will coordinate products release with solution management and provide a DevOps environment where systems can be built and tested based on new products or micro service releases. Updates are delivered to the customers either on-premises, cloud or hybrid and this is coordinated closely with both Solution Management and our Project IT infrastructure department.

We build our systems using the below technologies, tools and standards:

• DevOps and agile methods and processes - CI/CD
• Micro service-oriented architecture
• Docker
• K8s
• Gitlab
• SonarQube
• VMware Tanzu
• On-Premises, Cloud (Azure) or Hybrid
• Cyber Security ISO 27001/2 and IEC 62443

Coordination of releases and streamlining of DevOps processes and environment
Your primary task is to coordinate releases and define and setup a build, test, release and deploy environment to efficiently deliver to customers and help keep their systems updated. You will coordinate closely with Solution Management, Customer Support, Product Development and Project IT (IT Infrastructure).

Solid DepOps and Delivery management experience and good technical understanding from similar position
We are looking for a candidate with some years of experience from a similar position. You have good technical understanding of modern technologies and tools and agile ways of working. Maybe you have had a position as an architect and now wants to move on to a manager position still utilizing your strong technical knowledge and experience in agile ways of working. You have a structured approach and can work with many parallel activities.

Most likely you have a background that includes the following:

• You have solid experience from a similar position
• Computer Science or Engineering Education – Master or Bachelor
• Strong in both modern software technologies, infrastructure, cloud, and cyber security
• Strong in agile ways of working CI/CD
• You have a structured approach and can organize a complex environment with many parallel activities
• Experience in planning, follow-up and reporting
• You have a mindset of improving and optimizing procedures
• Strong in communication and stakeholder management
