Job Description

  • Type: Stage senior (Master 2 de préférence, Master 1 sinon) / Senior internship (Master 2 preferably, Master 1 otherwise)
  • Duration: 6 mois / 6 months
  • Start date: dès que possible / Asap
  • Rythm: temps plein - 35 heures hebdo / full time - 35 hours a week
  • Possible remote time: 2,5 jours par semaine / 2,5 days a week
  • Location: Paris, 17 (13 ter bd Berthier)

  • Internship gross wage: 1100€/mois

Nous recherchons un stage senior pour nous rejoindre dans l'équipe UX Insights, au sein du département Digital Product UX. 
L'équipe est en charge de l'optimisation du taux de conversion, un des enjeux les plus stratégiques du Digital, à travers 4 activités :

  • ANALYTIQUE : analyse web & UX
  • AB TESTING
  • ENQUÊTES EN LIGNE
  • TESTS UTILISATEURS EN LIGNE 

Nous travaillons sur toutes les marques d'Europcar Mobility Group, à la fois sur les sites web, les web app et les apps. 
Si vous êtes intéressé par le Web Product, ce stage vous donnera une expérience très complète puisqu'il combine un ensemble de 5 compétences web principales :

  1. UX (sensibilité à l'expérience utilisateur)
  2. Gestion de projet
  3. Analyse de données (Business, Web et analyse comportementale)
  4. Une introduction aux statistiques 
  5. Un aperçu des aspects techniques du web (cms, tracking audit, css, html,...)

Expérience requise :
Etudes : Stage à Bac + 4 ou 5 (Master 1 ou 2) avec un Master numérique soit en école de commerce/gestion, soit en école d'ingénieur (Convention de stage obligatoire).

Expérience professionnelle :

Expériences antérieures obligatoires :

  • dans le digital front end (app, web), dans une capacité projet, produit ou technique.
  • impliquant une coordination inter-équipes
  • Impliquant un certain type d'analyse (Business, Web, Projet...)

Expérience appréciée : en AB testing, en Web Analytics, sur un cms.

We are looking for a senior internship to join us in the UX Insights team, in the Digital Product UX department. 

The team is in charge of conversion rate optimization, one of the most strategic issue in Digital, through 4 activities:

  1. ANALYTICS : web & UX analysis
  2. AB TESTING
  3. ONLINE SURVEYS
  4. ONLINE USER TESTING 

We work on all the brands of Europcar Mobility Group, both on web sites, web app and apps. 

If you are interesting in Web Product, this rich internship will give you a very complete experience as it combines a set of 5 main web skills:

  • UX (user experience sensitivity via web design)
  • Project management
  • Data analysis (Business, Web and Behavioral Analysis)
  • An introduction to Statistics 
  • An overview of the technical aspects of the web (cms, tracking audit, css, html,...)

Missions:

   1.E-merchandising: 

  • Answer the e-merchandising requests and according to profile: help with AB tests:
    • Collect your e-commerce colleagues’ needs
    • According to profile: advise them on the right analytics KPIs
    • Design coordination: coordinate between the UX Designer and the e-commerce manager
    • Write specs/user stories
    • Create the patch in wysiwyg (cms = no code mode)
    • QA the patches (check that what has been developed complies with the spec)
    • Ensure internal trainings on the AB test tool (e-merchandising aspect)
    • According to profile: help e-commerce managers understand the results
  • According to profile / technical appetence:
    • Re-adapt the css/html of small existing public widgets

   2.Surveys:

  • Collect designers’ needs
  • Build a 1st draft in no-code mode
  • QA: Test the survey output and have it validated by the Product
  • According to profile: Create the final analysis dashboard and analyze the surveys
  • According to profile / technical appetence:
    • Adapt the design of the existing forms in css
    • Project management on tracking requests

   3. Analytics

  • Help building mappings on new projects in our UX analytics tool
  • Help creating zoning in web and apps
  • Run small analysis in Google Analytics / contentsquare
  • According to profile: help our co-workers understand and use the tools

   4. Tracking

  • understand, synthesize the needs with the Tracking Expert
  • write a 1st draft of specifications (User Story)
  • make sure the tracking is working properly (QA the hits, the datalayer, the response on contentsquare)

   5. Research & Documentation

  • Find similar features and designs among competitors and make recommendations
  • Present it to our UX Designers
  • Regroup, categorize and put live CRO documentation
  • Add some additional resources and explanations when needed

Internship outline:

  • Type: Senior internship (Master 2 preferably, Master 1 otherwise) with a Digital Master either in Business/Management or Engineer schools (Internship Convention required)
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Start date: asap
  • Rythm: full time - 35 hours a week

  • Mandatory previous experiences in the digital front end (app, web), in a project, product or technical capacity involving inter team-coordination and involving some kind of analysis (Business, Web, Project…)
  • Nice to have previous experiences in AB testing, in Web Analytics, on a CMS
  • Very good command in English and French (written and oral)
  • Comfortable with inter-team coordination and team player
  • Analytical mind and solution oriented
  • Nice to have: css, html, cms experience, web console experience, tracking experience
