Our Client, a reputable tech-based Microfinance Bank, with a focus on providing financial access to everyone by empowering individuals with access to credit and seamless payments solutions for effective financial management in an emerging market is looking to hire an experienced and result-driven Digital Channel Manager to join its team

Job Description

  • Responsible for defining a clear channel strategy and a channel evolution roadmap considering global/local trends, business needs, customer experience and the overall digital bank vision
  •  Responsible for managing the business development/analysis and service design of CRs & projects on the assigned digital channels
  •  Responsible for defining an attractive value proposition to improve the experience and performance of the assigned digital channels through new products, services & technology
  •  Executing the day-to-day operations related to the assigned digital channels, including the system sustainability, channel performance & channel quality
  •  Ensure to work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute the campaigns related to the assigned digital channels
  •  Responsible for achieving and measuring ROI on all digital projects invested into
  •  Responsible for managing the overall delivery of the assigned Digital channel portfolio, as defined by the digital roadmap within the required standards
  •  Ensure the alignment & synergy between the delivery planning of CRs/Projects & the achievement of the defined KPIs
  •  Ensure to work closely with the scrum master and agile team, and to follow the agile standards & methodology as directed

 

  • Responsible for managing the channel processes & the alignment with stakeholders including compliance and SAMA to obtain the required approvals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a University in a related field, master’s degree or MBA is also recommended with relevant professional qualification.
  •  Minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience is required in Fintech companies with the ability to develop business strategy for the line of business.
  •  Business and Sales oriented mindset to drive performance
  •  Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a complex team to action through their influence
  •  Formulates effective new ideas and innovative strategies for product development, marketing, branding, or business opportunities
  • Financial and operational knowledge, as well as knowledge of banking and payments regulations, policy and procedures that affect the company
  •  Data driven and analytical approach
