Publicis Sapient/Digitas is looking for a results-driven Program Manager to join our team of innate problem-solvers. You will lead exciting digital transformation programs from pre-sales to ‘go live’. You’ll work with a cross-functional team from technology, design and strategy. As a project management expert with an agile mindset, you plan, solve the unexpected, and always innovating new ways to exceed the client’s expectation.
Job Description
- Support in business development initiatives and participate in pitches to prospective clients
- Client relationship ownership and management for multi-million / year accounts
- Work with domain experts and clients to define project objectives, approach, plan and budget
- Growth and mentorship of team members across the program management, creative and strategy domains
- Revenue and resource management across the Digitas business & accounts
- Oversee the overall program activities, controlling needs, schedule, cost and quality
- Lead diverse multi-skilled teams to deliver integrated solutions that achieve measurable business results
- Act as the client point of contact to manage and control program objectives
- Facilitate stand-ups, workshops, decision making and conflict resolution
- Keep track of project financials and deliver the programs as per the sold-as margins
- Identify, manage and help to mitigate project issues and risks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management experience in delivering digital transformation or technology-based solutions
- in-depth knowledge of tech solutions, preferably worked with salesforce marketing cloud.
- Account & relationship management playing a consultative and advisory role to key business leaders
- Agile-based, leading digital transformation, e-commerce or digital projects experience
- Proficiency in English with an understanding of Japanese work culture & business ethics, ideally can conduct business meetings in Jaapnese too.
- Strategic and consulting focused management with C-level executives to nurture trusted relationships
- Leading multiple projects and client engagement with revenue, quality and timeline accountability
- Proven in delivering enterprise programs and comfortable working with a remote regional team
