JOB POSITION:

Community Manager, Social Strategist (Rank to be decided according to skills & experiences)
 

OVERVIEW: 

We are looking for social media experts who will partner with social analysts, account managers, and content experts who work on global accounts, such as a mega-star fashion brand or one of the most cutting-edge car brands & more. They need to be social by nature, understand the paltforms and able to keep up with the ever changing environment of social.   The roles given below are crucial throughout all our business cycle, from the new business acquisition (Line especially), managing & retaining, to the greater customer success, aligning with a client’s business challenges with industry expertise to demonstrate compelling strategies, plans, and solutions for clients, with our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Manager/Social Strategist

●        Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy, integrated marketing campaigns managing, and growing brands presence through Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LINE etc.

●        Manage the distribution of organic content on owned social channels & provide live coverage at key events throughout the year

●        Able to create content plans and ideas for social in a fast-paced environment.

●        Manage influencer marketing, social led event planning, content partnerships etc

●        Participation in shoots for social content to ensure the short list is executed

●        Community management – User Interaction with specialized software and related tools

●        Respond to comments when appropriate, in order to foster a positive community

●        Produce social media listening by using measurements tools and engagement reports for internal and external teams. Gather insights to inform campaigns

●        Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, client-facing reports that lead to optimization.

●        Ideal - is able to use photoshop skills and video skills when required to create content.

 

 

If you are more than the above, you could be Associate Social Media Account Director.

You will need

a minimum 5-6+ years related experience, including time working in the social media in Japan.

·        Knowledge of all the major social platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LINE, YouTube and Instagram. Knowledge of how social fits into digital landscape is a plus.

·        Strong team management skills, ensuring the team is supported and clear about the campaign & always-on aims and their roles in achieving this.

·        Strong client management skills, meaning the client is confident in the consultancy provided; work is delivered on time and to a high standard; targets are reached.

·        Strong strategic thinking with ability to plan campaigns, manage day to day tasks while still considering long term aims and targets.

·        You will be interested in the latest paid techniques across social media and have experience in planning paid campaigns, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

·        Ideally can lead a team and constructively advise them on how to do social better for clients.

·        Be familiar with Business Manager and Ads Manager to set up and optimize paid social campaigns.

·        Have good understanding of the influencer marketing landscape.

·        Can support the Head of Social in growing the business and the team, whilst taking care of key growth accounts.

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

 

•          Native level Japanese, capable in copy-writing to nail different tone of voices

 

•          Been managing content/communities, familiar with social media listening, content publishing, and website analytical tools

•          LINE branded channel management; and Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.

•          Skill sets of Microsoft Office.

 

Great to have:

•          Relevant years experiences in ad agency, strategic proposals.

•          Experience of leading / contributing to business acquisition from LINE or social perspective. 

•          Very basic Adobe CC skillsets (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) would be highly plus.

•          TONARIWA / DialogOne or any other LINE solution experiences would be highly plus.
