Job Description

Contact with customers to understands customer’s needs if It’s not clear and suggest suitable solution and coordinate with technical team to validate the proposed solution.
•Prepare documented technical proposal with full detailed specifications for the proposed solutions including duration time and scope of work.
•Manage & Prepare the TPs, BoQs, SLAs, FAs,  or aby delivered Documents to clients.
• manage & update the entries on the Odoo System from the sales team regarding the RFQs, & Supplying-Only Request.
• Coordinate and follow up required surveys with technical team to finalize BOQs needed for the suggested solution.
•Follow up discussions with vendors through Supply Chain Team or any supposed changes in the BOQ with supply and technical team to ensure that the final proposed solution will meet customer need.
•Manage communication between technical team & other department regarding any other enquiries.
•Handling customer’s technical quires or discussions related to the proposed solutions.
•Follow up project milestone with other operation team(depats) to Plan and coordinate the time when technical team have to start their part of the project plan.
•Arrange with customer and FP Operation team in order to start installation.
•Conducting customer visits periodically to ensure that the implemented solution is working properly (reliability, availability, security,..etc)

 

Qualifications

•    IT Background (Any related university certificate, Computer Science, IT,..etc)
•    Project Management is a bonus
•    MS Office Apps experience is a must
•    2 years experience
