You should have:

• Thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS
• At least 2 years of commercial experience working with Javascript frameworks, React.js essential, and Vue.js 
• Experience working with CMS platforms, including WordPress (Sanity and Drupal desirable)
• Up-to-date knowledge of web development practices and an understanding of what defines good-quality code
•  Problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in using Git to manage version control as well as reviewing the code of other team members via pull requests
• An inquisitive mind and an openness to learning new technologies
• An ability to learn new software quickly

As well as:

• The experience of working in a digital agency environment
• The ability to write tests into your code
• An understanding of the security and privacy factors affecting modern development, such as GDPR
• Experience in estimating development work
• Experience working with APIs
• Experience in ensuring websites are accessible
• A desire to contribute to team practices and help push them, forwards.
• An ability to follow instructions
