• You ensure optimal article availability
• You are responsible for tracking service level performance and you undertake actions to improve the service level.
• You manage customer non conformity notifications (PNC)
• You monitor & manage availability issues of critical products
• You establish particular reports on a recurring basis

• You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree preferably in TEW / Commercial Engineering / Commercial sciences or are equivalent through experience.
• You preferably have a first experience in a Supply Chain position
• You have a strong commercial awareness
• You are an ownership taker, flexible and collaborative with a customer oriented mindset
• You can pro-actively work things out independently.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel – Knowledge of other MS tools is definitely an asset.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, written and spoken. Another language is a plus.
